There are Two Kinds of Law
In ancient times, nearly as far back as recorded history, an idea was developed that there were only two places people could be; they could be "on land" or "on water." This idea goes as far back into history as ancient Babylon, and was especially important to the Roman Empire.
As a result, two different types of law were created: the "law of the land" and the "law of the sea." The "law of the sea" (law of water) is the law of money. The "law of the land" is the law of any particular culture of people, who occupy a certain landmass. "People of the land" have their own customs, traditions, languages, beliefs, practices, religions, philosophies, morals, values, and so on. Under "natural law" (law of the land), things are allowed in some places, but not in others. When countries are "sovereign" and can make their own laws, this is "natural law" -- the "law" of the land.
According to Black's Law Dictionary, "natural law" comes before, and takes precedent over, other types of law; but we are not supposed to know anything about that. The "people" running things do not want us to be under natural law; "they" do not care about the culture or traditions of anyone -- anywhere in the world. "They" want everyone to be under the same law everywhere (World Government); this is why it is important to understand "international maritime admiralty law," which is the "law of the sea," the "law of water," and the "law of money."
Money is Water
The "law of water" is banking; it's the "law of money." Money does not care about borders, customs, traditions, morals, values, beliefs, opinions, religions, or any of the rest of it. Money can be used anywhere in the world, and no matter who you are or where you come from; money, and the "law of money" is going to apply to you. You can take your credit card and use it anywhere across any border in the world.
Money is a "liquid" asset; this is why we sometimes will see a "liquidation" sale. We can sometimes have our heads "underwater," if we are behind on our payments. Commerce is water; this is why we say things like, "we are drowning in a sea of debt," or "the market dried-up. Sometimes we can get something for a "fleet" price if it is on "sale"; a "fleet" of ships set "sail." Banks have to be "bailed out," because they can not stay "afloat," and you better keep your head "above water," when it comes to your cash "flow." We have heard of "slush" funds, people "pooling" their resources, and the "trickle-down" theory of economics. Money is supposed to "trickle-down" from the rich to the poor -- seems like there might be a clog in the lines somewhere; the "trickle" is "trickling" in the wrong direction.
Nothing ever "trickles-down" from the government to "the people" -- except for the short end of the stick. All of this, and plenty more, describe things that have to do with money; that's because money is water, and it is an expression of the "law of the sea" -- international maritime admiralty law.
Banks Direct the Current
Everything in banking is under international maritime admiralty law. All the words and terms associated with banking fall under this type of law -- the "law of water." "Banks" are on both sides of a river; riverbanks direct the flow of the water (the current-cy). This is why money is called "currency," because it "flows" between the "banks," and the "banks" direct the "flow" of the "current," see?
Ships Are Always Female
All ships are female; you will never hear an admiral or captain refer to their ship as a male -- a ship is always female. It does not matter if it's a ship in the water, a rocket ship, airship, spaceship, mother ship (never a father ship), or any other kind of ship -- it is always a "she."
This is because, according to international maritime admiralty law, all ships are female; by law all ships are female. This is because it is the female who "delivers" the "product." "She" pulls into the harbor to deliver the product into the country. The male "man-ufactures" the product; but after the "labor" is done, the female "delivers" the product.
People are Slaves
When "she" pulls into port, she sits in her "berth"; the ship is then tied off at the "dock." Any "product" coming from the ship then has to have paperwork; whatever the product is, it must have a "certificate of manifest." The ship was not there, but now it has manifested, so we must have a "certificate of manifest." This "certificate" must include all the specifications of whatever the "product" being "delivered" is: what it is, how big it is, how much it weighs, and all the details of the "product" must be recorded on the "certificate of manifest." All the "vital signs" of the "product" must be recorded on the "berth certificate."
When you were born, your mother's "water" broke, then you came through the "birth canal" to come into the world; ships use canals to come into the country. Your mother "delivered" you to the "delivery" room, then the doctor (the dock), recorded all your "vital signs" onto a "birth certificate." How long you were, how much you weighed, what your gender was, and all the rest of your "vital signs" were recorded onto the "birth certificate." This is all exactly the same as all international maritime admiralty "products" are handled -- by law.
They even take a print of the soles of your feet when you are born; this is not for "identification," it symbolizes taking ownership of your soul -- "they" attempt to own the very essence of your being.
Under international maritime admiralty law -- you are a product -- a resource -- just like oil, gas, coal, or anything else they can make money from. You are owned property, and this is why they call us "human resources." You have an "HR department" at your job, because you are nothing more than a resource -- a human resource. By law -- the human race is owned property.
When a person is born, the "mother" must sign the "birth certificate," but the "birth certificate" does not say that it is the "mother" who "delivered" the "product"; it says the "Informant" delivered the product. Then, the original "birth certificate" is sent to the Department of Commerce, where your physical body becomes a "security" on the New York Stock Exchange.
If you were ever able to have a look at your original birth certificate, you would see that it has been traded, bought, and sold from bank to bank all around the world. What do we call people, human beings, who are legally bought and sold? What is the definition of a person who is "paid for" and "owned" legally -- by law? This would be the very definition of what is a slave. By law, we are slaves -- all of us. Think about that for a minute ... unacceptable!
Courts are Banks
When you go into a court, you are going into a bank; the banks own the courts -- by law. Inside the court is a "fence" that has a "gate" that has a piece of wood on top of it called "the bar." You have to "pass the bar" in order to be qualified to operate beyond that "fence" and "gate," in a court of law. If you have not "passed the bar," you better be with someone who has, or you might end up in a whole lot of trouble.
Before the "gate" is the area of the courtroom where observers are allowed to sit; this area represents the "law of the land." Located on the other side of the "gate" is where the judge, court officials, and jury are located; this area represents the "law of the sea" (international maritime admiralty law). When you first enter the court "they" have no jurisdiction over you, because you are in the area that is governed by the "law of the land" -- natural law. Natural law is superior to the "law of water" (law of the sea), which is what the court is under. As soon as you put your hand on "the bar," and "pass" through the "gate," you are now under international maritime admiralty law (the law of water); if things don't go your way, you might end up in "hot water" -- someone might have to "bail you out."
In court, you are subject to the "law of water" -- international maritime admiralty law -- whether you like it or not. The judge sits, and rules, from the "bench," which is elevated. Therefore, you have to look up to "the law" while the judge looks down on you. The word "bench" comes from the word "bank"; the judge rules from the bank. This is why you get a "bench" warrant, if you don't pay the bank whatever money they want from you. If you can't pay, you are in more "hot water" and will need to be "bailed out" again.
